In the past 20 years, child and family mindfulness research has significantly increased (Parent & DiMarzio, 2021). In parallel to the rapid increase in research, we have seen an enormous expansion in public interest, media attention, and technology company involvement (e.g., mindfulness apps) in disseminating information about mindfulness applied to child and family well-being. These shifts have propelled child and family mindfulness into everyday discussions, social media, classrooms, and inclusion in family-based programs supporting child and family well-being. …
