In alle opleidingstrajecten voor beroepen in de GGZ neemt supervisie een belangrijke plaats in en dit geldt in het bijzonder voor de opleiding tot psychotherapeut. Psychotherapie is een uitgesproken praktijkgericht vakgebied waarin de samenwerkingsrelatie van de patiënt met de psychotherapeut een wezenlijk element is. Naast theoretische en methodische scholing is supervisie en praktijkbegeleiding een essentieel deel van de opleiding geworden. Het aantal vereiste uren supervisie bedraagt 20-30 % van het aantal onderwijsuren. Dit forse percentage geldt voor alle opleidingen in de diverse therapeutische hoofdstromingen. …
