Kernpunten

  • Een anusfissuur is een radiaire, ischemische, ulceratie van het anoderm.
  • Voorlichting over regelmatige en gemakkelijke stoelgang is voor de behandeling van primair belang.
  • Geef bij obstipatieklachten voedingsadvies, eventueel ook laxantia en bij pijn kortdurend lidocaïnecrème.
  • Indien de fissuur na vier weken niet is genezen, heeft diltiazemcrème 2dd de voorkeur boven isosorbidedinitraatcrème 5dd.
  • Verwijs de patiënt bij onvoldoende verbetering na acht weken voor eventuele chirurgische behandeling.
