Samenvatting

Loslating en migratie van K-draden is een bekend fenomeen na een zuggurtungosteosynthese van het olecranon. De K-draden glijden in de meeste gevallen naar posterior en geven huidirritatie, waarop meestal besloten wordt de K-draden te verwijderen. In sommige gevallen kan ook intramedullaire migratie optreden. In de gepresenteerde casus is een unieke vorm van migratie opgetreden, waarbij een K-draad (waarschijnlijk) via het membrana interossea is gemigreerd richting de pols.
