Kernpunten

  • Perniones betreft een door blootstelling aan een lage omgevingstemperatuur veroorzaakt ontstekingsbeeld aan de huid van handen, voeten, de buitenzijde van de bovenbenen of de oren.
  • De chronische vorm moet onderscheiden worden van acute perniones en op perniones lijkende symptomen bij andere ziekten.
  • Er is geen bewezen effectieve medicamenteuze behandeling voor chronische perniones.
