Kernpunten

  • Ulnaropathie ter hoogte van de elleboog is de op een na meest voorkomende mononeuropathie van de arm.
  • Gevoelloosheid en paresthesie in de ringvinger en pink staan op de voorgrond.
  • Waarschijnlijk dragen langdurige druk of flexie van de elleboog bij aan de klachten.
  • Bij lichte tot matige klachten volstaat een conservatieve behandeling.
  • Bij aanhoudende, progressieve klachten en/of spierzwakte moet een operatie overwogen worden.
